Movember Update
I must have been a little kid the last time I saw the Blue Angels. I got to relive some of those airshow memories on a Saturday trip to SF, where Fleet Week brought the Blue Angels to the city.

I finally got around to posting some photos I took while I was in Hyderabad and Singapore. You can check them out here: India | Singapore.
A couple things to note:
1. I love Singapore Airlines. It was just as nice as my Emirates flight, without the 16 plane ride from SFO to DXB. However, the layover for an hour in Seoul/Hong Kong extended the journey to a similar length. If only it was one of those A380s. I really want to try one of those out.
2. Bad movies make the journey even longer….
This is my fifth trip to India and everyone in the office is telling me I should buy a house here. Given the housing market in Silicon Valley, it’s not a bad idea!
For some reason, I did extremely well with the jetlag here. Last November I was completely wrecked when I flew out here for a week – couldn’t sleep, woke up at 3 or 4am, and was just exhausted the whole time. This time, I’ve been sleeping around 10PM – 1AM and up at 7 – 8AM. I don’t have any good ideas on why I’ve done better; I…

Too much fun
Oh man, one of the best meals over. Getting omakase means you can write your name in the fridge door! Salmon onigiri with bonito flakes ; grilled flounder and 7 other courses = JAPANESE FOOD HEAVEN. Hachi ju Hachi – I can’t wait to go back!
